Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months at the time of filing;
Two copies of application form, duly accomplished in English;
Two passport-size photos;
Verifiable documentary evidences that the applicant is an employee or businessman (employment certificate, business registration);
Proof of financial capacity to travel (bank statement, but newly-opened bank account is not applicable; titles to property; motor vehicle registration);
Confirmed return or outbound airline ticket;
Visa fee: RMB 250;
Processing time is three (3) working days from the date of filing the duly completed requirements;
Applicants who are 65 years and above must submit medical or doctor's certificate that the applicant is fit to travel to and from the Philippines; and
